The return policy for Precise Touch POS Equipment LLC is as follows:

The customer has the ability to return an item within 30 days of the purchase to Precise Touch POS. This includes products that are defective or products that are not needed for whatever reason. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Precise Touch POS. If an RMA is needed please call 888-328-0098 and someone in sales will get you an RMA number. Generally an RMA can be sent out within a couple of days.

If you receive an item that is defective or fails out of the box then please call sales and an RMA will be provided for you. When you make this call please have the serial number for the defective product and a description of the problem. A replacement product will be sent to you. Please note that after 30 days from the purchase date the RMA would be the responsibility of the manufacturer of the product. We will help you in any way we can but this is a common practice between all re-sellers and manufacturers.

If you receive a product and decide after receiving it that you do not need it or you decide it is not right for your application you still have the ability to return it within 30 days of purchase but it may be subject to a re-stocking fee. This determination will be made based on whether we are charged a re-stock or not. You are more than welcome to ask at the time of your purchase if your order will fall into the re-stocking category. After 30 days from the date of purchase we will not be able to take back your product.
